In April 2025, Airdrie recorded 185 residential sales, down 8% from last year but still above the 10-year average. At the same time, new listings rose 32%, with 290 homes hitting the market, giving buyers a bit more to choose from.
Total inventory increased to 433 active listings, and months of supply reached 2.34—a shift toward a more balanced market.

The benchmark home price for April came in at $544,700, essentially flat year-over-year. Detached homes lead the way with an average benchmark price of $654,300, while semi-detached properties sat at $510,300. Townhouses and apartments are seeing increased supply, but prices are holding firm.
⏳ Homes Still Selling Fast
The average days on market was just 23 days, indicating strong buyer demand—especially for move-in-ready homes priced correctly.
